Refund policy

Refunds & Replacements Policy – Lunvoir

At Lunvoir, we’re committed to your satisfaction. If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving the product so we can make it right.

For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

If the issue is determined to be a mistake on our end, we’ll cover the cost and either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no cost to you.

To submit a claim, please email lunvoir@gmail.com with:

A clear photo of the affected item(s)

A brief explanation of the issue

Once reviewed, you’ll receive a notification regarding the approval or rejection of your request. If approved:

Replacements are shipped within 3 business days.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within a few business days.


Important Exceptions

The following situations are not eligible for refunds or replacements:

Incorrect Address
If an insufficient or inaccurate address is provided and the item is returned, you’ll be responsible for any reshipment costs once a corrected address is confirmed.

Unclaimed Packages
Shipments that are unclaimed and returned to us will require additional payment for reshipment.

Buyer’s Remorse
We do not refund orders based on buyer’s remorse. If you choose to accept returns or offer exchanges, you’ll need to place a new order at your own expense.

Rejected by Customs
If a package is returned or destroyed due to customs rejection, no refund will be issued. It is the buyer’s responsibility to understand import regulations and pay any associated duties or fees.

Prepared But Not Yet Shipped
Orders that are already prepared by our fulfillment team—even if not yet shipped—cannot be canceled or refunded.

Discontinued or Out-of-Stock Products
We do not offer compensation for product development or advertising costs in the event of a discontinuation or long-term stock outage.

Undelivered FedEx Packages
If a FedEx order is undeliverable (due to incorrect contact info, refusal to pay duties, etc.) and is abandoned or destroyed by the carrier, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.


Missing or Delayed Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your email for confirmation.

  2. Verify with your credit card company—posting may take a few days.

  3. Contact your bank—there may be processing delays.
